Rebecca Geller, MSOT, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist based in the Atlanta Metro area. Her career started in an outpatient neurological rehabilitation facility in Long Island, NY. As a New Jersey native and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of New York Institute of Technology, she had a strong tie to this community and was excited to serve the people that helped to raise her. After suffering the loss of a loved one, Rebecca decided she needed a change, which brought her to her new home, Atlanta, Georgia. Since “migrating” south, her career has focused on primarily upper extremity and spinal rehabilitation. Rebecca’s drive for continued education has awarded her certifications in dry needling, as a CarFit evaluator and technician, and evaluator of Functional Capacity Evaluations and disability/injury ratings. Rebecca is currently working towards a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, as well as studying to take her Certification of Hand Therapy board exam. She hopes to begin her Doctoral studies in 2023. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys taking her dogs for hikes on local trails, listening to music, swimming, and watching football and baseball!
